“In this book Céline goes deep and develops well-researched explorations of the social turmoil of our times, linking its sources to the increasing atomisation in our modern societies and to yesterday's and today's workplace engagement challenges - why we work and how we work, and how it is all led and managed, or not.

She has studied the issues at depth and synthesises them extremely well into an inspiring framework underpinned by the three pillars of French democracy - liberté, fraternité et égalité

She has earned her wisdom and my deep respect.”

This is a gem of a book. reads like you are having a conversation about people and how people can be organized so they can lead the way towards whatever objective creates value. but this book is much more than just a leadership book. Celine provides an onslaught of mini-sources as she leverages her own thinking off other incredibly smart thoughts from other people (your followup reading - articles, books, pieces - will be extensive. and because Celine is French it reads very differently than an American author and has a number of different sources. i loved this book. its intellectual candy if you believe (a) business and society are connected (b) people with little power often have more good ideas of what to do than those in power and (c) most of leadership we see now is crap.
